Once a sketch is chosen, we move to the material board. Full grain leather is laid out, its color and grain pattern examined under natural light. Stitching is done on a hand‑sewn frame, where experienced stitchers use waxed thread to pull the pieces together. After stitching, each bag is inspected for uniform tension and any uneven stitches are corrected before moving on.
The final step is a thorough quality check. We weigh the bag, test strap strength, and open every pocket to confirm smooth operation.
