Orders are made and dispatched within 2–3 business days, then standard shipping takes 3–5 working days anywhere in Pakistan. Shipping is PKR 250, and free on orders above PKR 4,999. We currently ship within Pakistan only.

Yes — every piece is backed by a lifetime warranty on the leather and stitching against defects in materials or workmanship. This does not cover hardware (buckles, zippers, clasps, and similar fittings), or normal wear and tear. See our full Warranty Policy for details.

Yes, we offer a 7-day return policy on unused items in original packaging.

Yes — most products support name or initials engraving for an additional PKR 500 via our Custom Order page.
