At AK Leather, each piece we create is hand-stitched with care, designed to last, and made to be meaningful. As proud Pakistani leather artisans, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. However, we understand that in rare cases, a return or exchange may be necessary. This Return & Refund Policy outlines our procedures, aligned with the expectations of customers and the nature of handmade goods.
Return Period
You may request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
We encourage customers to inspect the product upon delivery and contact us immediately if they are not fully satisfied. Due to the bespoke and manual nature of our production process, we maintain a limited return window to protect the integrity of our craftsmanship and small-batch inventory.
Eligibility Criteria for Returns
To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
The item must be returned in its original packaging, including dust bag, tags, invoice, and accessories (if any).
The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
The product must have been purchased directly from AK Leather (online, in-store, or official partner channels).
Non-Returnable Items
For reasons related to hygiene, quality control, and customization, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Personalized or custom-made items (such as name embossing, custom colors, or sizing).
Items purchased on sale, promotion, or clearance.
Used or worn products.
Products showing damage caused by customer handling, misuse, or exposure.
Natural leather variations such as marks, grain inconsistencies, or patina are not considered defects, but signatures of authenticity.
Refund Policy
If your return is approved after inspection:
A refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, or through a secure local channel such as Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as an incorrect item or manufacturing defect)
Exchanges
We offer free-of-charge exchanges in the following cases:
Incorrect items delivered.
Manufacturing defects or damage upon delivery.
To request an exchange, please contact our support team with your order number and relevant photos.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Email us at akleather.pk@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Provide your order number and reason for return (with photos if applicable).
Once your return is approved, send the item back using a trackable courier service.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon.
Gift Returns
Items marked as gifts can be returned for store credit or exchange only.
If the item was not marked as a gift at purchase, the refund will be made to the original purchaser.
Additional Notes
We recommend inspecting all goods immediately upon receipt.
Slight variations in leather color, texture, and stitching are part of the handcrafted process and are not considered defects.
AK Leather reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
